Refunds:
If you have changed your mind before we have shipped the product please contact us through email or phone, we can offer a full refund if you have paid with credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Clearpay, cash or bank transfer.
If you have paid with Paypal you will be refunded in full sans a fee which is 30p + 2.9% of the order as this is what Paypal charges us to carry out refunds.

Returns:
If for some reason you are not entirely happy with the goods when you receive them and want to return them, please submit a Return Request Form here. All Return Request Forms will be dealt with as quickly as possible and according to our returns policy, below.

Terms & Conditions for Returns
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it. It must be unused, unopened and still in its original packaging. In this case you will have to pay return shipping costs. You cannot return unwanted items after 14 days of purchase, nor can you return items that have been used.

Once we have received the unopened undamaged item we will refund you less postage costs and card fees if you have paid with Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Clearpay.
If you have paid with Paypal you will be refunded less a transaction charge which is 30p + 2.9% of the order as this is what Paypal charges us to carry out refunds.

Faulty Items
If you think that your item is faulty, you must complete our Return Request Form and provide a detailed description of the fault along with links to images. You can host images on a image hosting website like imgur.com

Once we have approved the return you will need to send in back, preferably with tracked shipping. Once we have received it you will be refunded or sent out a new product depending on your preferences.
If you select refund you will receive a full refund if you have paid with credit card, debit card, Aplle Pay, Google Pay, Clearpay, cash or bank transfer.
If you have paid with Paypal you will be refunded in full sans a fee which is 30p + 2.9% of the order as this is what Paypal charges us to carry out refunds.
