Orders places before 2PM are dispatched same working day.
Delivery Method
All orders are sent by tracked delivery using Royal Mail or APC Overnight and are processed Monday to Friday before 2PM.
Orders placed after 2PM will shipped the following working day.
If you order after 2PM on a Friday your order will be shipped on Monday. We do not ship on bank holidays.
Postage Charges
Postage charges are determined by weight. You will be able to review the total before you confirm your order. Postage rates start at £4.89 and are kept as competitive as possible.
Next Working Day is a flat rate of £12.99.
Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland
There is no extra charge for these areas of the UK.
Sometimes delivery to the following postcodes may take 1-3 days longer:
HS2, KW16 ,KW17, PA60-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44, ZE2 and ZE3
Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged to make sure they arrive in perfect condition.
Collections
If you would like to collect your order please select ‘Pickup From Store’ when ordering then get in touch to advise when you would like to collect. This service is usually available Monday - Friday by arrangement. Photographic I.D. will be required.
